この辺りでは一番並ぶカラアゲのお店です(笑)
いつもファンの方達で溢れています。
以前からいつか行ってみようと思っていたところ
タイミングが良かったのか並びが少ないので、これは行かなきゃと。
カラアゲはムネとモモがあり、ヘルシーなムネを。
タレが選べ、人気NO.1という甘ダレを。
4個で500円というのにしました。
ベルを渡され奥の飲食スペースで待ちます。
真空調理で下味がしっかりと染み込み、油は毎日必ず濾過しているようです。
出来上がり、
余熱で3分してからどうぞ、とのこと。
歯に伝わる食感といい、ジューシーな肉質といい、確かに美味しいですよ。
辛味が少し強めの甘ダレも人気のあることが頷けます。
中毒性がありますね (笑)
