I heard that lunch is recommended so I decided to try the grilled meat at noon! Lunch is also available on Saturdays and Sundays, but on weekdays you can have any refills of rice. If you're a big fan, you should come on weekdays. Drinks are also cheap. I ordered the standard short ribs lunch, followed by the Hanasaki Cow tongue Steak. There are not many people who request this combination. They belong to the shell group, which is famous for their crabs, so they are basically neat. It's expensive, but the meat is good. However, it was annoying to be asked "Would you like something to drink?" over and over again. I'm sure there are some people here for lunch even on Saturdays... So, in my opinion, the meat is worth the price. The Hanasaki Cow tongue came out first, so I grilled it on both sides before eating, and it literally had a crunchy texture and was delicious! It's great and exciting to cut it with scissors. But it's expensive. Specs like this are normal. And Kalbi lunch for commoners. I wasn't expecting much, but it was quite delicious. The fatty ribs were juicy even after being lightly grilled, and the fruit-based sauce was surprisingly good. With this combination, I'm sure the rice will go well. In conclusion, if you come on a weekday, you'll need a refill of rice.
