名鉄東岡崎駅前に２０２１年１０月２６日にオープンした馬肉料理のお店、平日の夜に利用してみました。店内はカウンター１０席と奥にテーブル席７卓といった造り、外観もそうですが内装も高級鉄板焼き店のようなおしゃれな空間になっています。
メニューは馬刺しをはじめ、馬肉のハンバーグやステーキ、ソーセージなどのグリル料理、馬肉ユッケやレバー刺し、コロッケなどの馬肉のアラカルト、さらには肉寿司、ユッケ寿司、ミートスパなどのシメのご飯ものまで馬肉という馬肉好きにはたまらないラインナップですね。
いろいろと魅力的な料理も多かったですが、ただこの日は馬肉のハンバーグ、うまんばーぐがお目当て、そのハンバーグで軽く一杯やっていくことに。
そのうまんばーぐは馬肉１００%のハンバーグ、底面は軽く焼いてありますがほとんど生という馬肉ならではの食べ方ですね、上に乗ったローズマリーに火を灯してくれるという見た目と香りの演出も楽しいです。味の方も口にするととろとろの食感とともにお肉の甘みが広がります、きのことオニオンのソースも実にこのお肉にマッチしていてコレはかなり旨いです。ペレットも出してくれるのでお好みの焼き加減に調整することもできますが、生肉好きなワタクシはほとんどそのままで美味しくいただけました。
ランチにはこのうまんばーぐのほか、牛と豚の３種類のハンバーグを少しずつ食べ比べができる定食もあるみたいですね、そういった食べ比べもなかなかおもしろそうですね、ごちそうさまでした。
