名鉄東岡崎駅から歩いて３分ほどの場所に２０２２年１１月１７日にオープンした居酒屋、休日の夜に利用してみました。店内はカウンター６席とテーブル１４卓程度の席数、１６時代と早めの時間に入ったので一番乗りでした。
メニューは名物という肉豆腐をはじめ、どて焼き串、まぐろなどの海鮮、風呂吹キングや牛すじこんにゃくなどの煮物、いろんな味付けの手羽先、焼き鳥などの焼き物、からあげなどの揚げ物、さらにはいろんな定食などもあるので飲みだけでなく食事利用もできますね。
そしてコチラのお店は各席にレモンサワーのサーバーが備え付けてあり、６０分６００円のレモンサワーのセルフ飲み放題がウリ、もちろんドリンクはレモンサワーで６０分一本勝負を挑むことに(笑)
料理はキムチ肉豆腐の黒にトロタク番長、どて焼き串、たまごハムカツなどを注文、まずは肉豆腐、ココの肉豆腐って結構好きなんですよね、しっかり煮込まれて柔らかく味が染み渡ったお肉と豆腐、甘くしっかりしたつゆの味もイイですね、それに今回はキムチも入れてもらいましたがキムチの酸味と辛み、シャキッとした食感も良いアクセントになっています。
次にトロタク番長、トロタクのとろはネギトロですが全然好きなので問題なし、たくあんのポリポリした食感と塩気、それに韓国のりの塩気が良く合います。
そしてたまごハムカツ、ポテサラに薄切りのハムを巻いて揚げたものでハムカツっていうほどハムが主役ではないですが、とろとろになったポテサラがなかなかイイですね、コレ好きかもです。
お酒も料理もリーズナブルですごイイお店ですね、ワタクシの地元名古屋にもできてくれるとうれしいかなってところです、ごちそうさまでした。
