Original all-shabu shabu shabu with warm vegetables
It's been a while since I've had all-you-can-eat shabu shabu-shabu. It's been over 10 years since I last went. It's not a self-service style, but rather the staff brings the food to you after you order. The two-color hot pot is Sukiyaki and kelp stock. It seems that the snacks are also all-you-can-eat, and we had quail and vinegared tripe. There were a total of six types of snacks, which were perfect for marinating while waiting for the Sukiyaki pot to be ready. They also had some carefully selected vegetables, and the tomatoes were a perfect match for the sukiyaki broth. Delicious!! There was a wide variety of broths, so it was hard to choose. It's been a while since I last came here. I ordered the regular course, not the all-you-can-eat option. The tongue shabu-shabu comes with both pork and beef loin. It also comes with vegetables (you can order them separately). For the final course, you can choose between udon noodles or rice, and it comes with Small dish, for about 1,500 yen. I chose the Wagyu beef broth and Medicinal Food Medicinal Food hot pot were very tasty. It had a curry-like flavor and was easy to eat. Even with the all-you-can-drink option, it was still reasonably priced. Thank you for the delicious meal.
