仕事を午前で切り上げ、優雅なランチを楽しみました。
お店はお洒落な内装で居心地が良い空間でした。
ランチのコースから、
ピザランチ@950円に、洋梨のタルト@250円を付けます。
本日のピザはマルゲリータでした。
なんと窯焼きなのがポイントです。
ピザは生地の香ばしい風味とフルーティなトマトの組み合わせに思わず唸ってしまいます。
コースにはドリンクバーがついているので、ペプシコーラとマルゲリータの幸せなコンビをいただけました。
前菜のコーンのキッシュは、卵の甘さがよく出ています。
デザートの洋梨のタルトは生地が強めで、甘味が強く、洋梨感が若干弱かったです。
その分コーヒーとの相性は良かったです。
かなり美味しいピザを食べることができるお店を発見です。
