This is a Gyoza / Dumpling Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in front of JR Mikawa Anjo Station. I visited on a weekday evening. The restaurant has a style where you take off your shoes at the entrance, a sunken kotatsu at the counter, and semi-private rooms, and there are a reasonable number of seats. I entered just after the opening at 5pm, so I was the first one there. The menu has a wide variety of Gyoza / Dumpling, including the specialty bite-sized Gyoza / Dumpling, Gyoza / Dumpling Gyoza / Dumpling juicy gyoza, black pork Gyoza / Dumpling, island chili pepper Gyoza / Dumpling, shrimp Gyoza / Dumpling, and yakitori Gyoza / Dumpling, as well as a range of other Gyoza / Dumpling, including Niko chicken wings, beef Niko Steak, Fried food such as Unzen ham cutlet and thick fried horse mackerel, a la carte dishes such as stone-grilled mapo tofu and Gatsu to Sara Taiwan, rice dishes such as Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) and Ramen, and desserts to finish off the meal. From the menu, I tried bite-sized Gyoza / Dumpling, shrimp gyoza, and Unzen ham Gyoza / Dumpling. Gyoza / Dumpling here are characterized by their firm wings and the wide variety of dipping sauces available, while the bite-sized Gyoza / Dumpling have a crispy skin with a juicy filling, and both are quite good. They offer a variety of dipping sauces, including vinegar soy sauce, ponzu, mentaiko mayonnaise, curry mayonnaise, and more, so I would like to try a variety, but since I only had a light meal that day, I was unable to try everything. Next time, I would like to try more combinations of Gyoza / Dumpling and sauces. Thank you for the meal.
