I happened to come across a Taiwanese Cuisine restaurant that serves knife-cut noodle. The image is not the typical continental type, but a community-based type of city Chinese food. The restaurant is crowded with regulars, and the menu is relatively affordable and has a wide variety. The restaurant is small, but it has the same lineup as an authentic Chinese restaurant. There are affordable noodle and rice sets available, but since the noodles were just regular noodles, I decided to order the Mala knife-cut noodle separately for 780 yen. I thought it would be spicy, but it wasn't spicy at all. It has plenty of mizuna and ground meat, and plenty of bean sprouts inside. Delicious and chewy knife-cut noodle! The slightly sweet soup has a taste for adults. It was a simple yet deep soup. I expected a spicy flavor with lots of spices, but it was the complete opposite. The knife-cut noodle is perfect for Japanese people. It's not spicy, but it's delicious. They also have a super spicy menu, so if you have a chance, try it next time.
