先日、刈谷の友人と久々に会う機会があり、刈谷駅で待ち合わせをして、お店を決めようと思いましたが、友人が予約してくれたのが、あの名古屋の肝屋でした。伏見の肝屋には何度かお邪魔した事があったのですが、肝屋が刈谷駅にもあるとは、ビックリでした。
お店に行ったのが、金曜日だったので、お店はかなり混み合っていて、入れないお客様もチラホラ。2人だったので、入口入ってすぐのカウンターに座りましたが、奥に座敷も何席かあり、団体さんはそちらに座る感じ、、、名古屋の肝屋より小さめな造りのお店です。カウンターは中の職人さんとの距離が近く、良い感じで少しコワモテの職人さんが料理を作っています。カウンターは常連さんが多いみたいで、スタッフの方と仲良く話していました。
料理はというと、名古屋の肝屋と同じメニューみたいで、相変わらずどの料理も美味しい。肝刺し盛り合わせ、カニ肝クリームコロッケ、イカ肝焼き、カニ味噌ショーロンポー、さつま揚げなどを注文。大将？がオススメで作ってくれた青菜炒めも美味かった。
少しドリンクが出るのが遅く感じましたが、何とか待てるレベル。友人はまた、行きたいと行っていました。
