カウンターで職人さんが目の前で握ってくれるお店でありながら |
2024.2.7(wed) 初訪
高浜市にある「にぎり鮨 一五〇」（いちごいちえ）さんは
「鮨懐石みどり」さんのカウンター席＋テーブル席にて完全予約制のお寿司屋さんです。
お寿司屋さんのなかにもうひとつ別のお寿司屋さんが入っているという
なんとも不思議なお店構え。
そして…
定番の高級魚から旬のネタまですべて150円で提供するという
驚きのコンセプト。
一部例外はありますが
ほとんどの握り寿司がリーズナブルな価格でいただけるという
夢のようなお店です。
それゆえ、週末のランチの予約は難しい。。。
今まで数回トライするも毎回満席続きで諦めかけていました。
今回平日にお休みができ
ダメ元で前日の夜にお電話で確認してみたところ
なんとキャンセルがあったようで運よく予約を取ることができました♪
予約時間（11時）に合わせて到着。
駐車場は数台のみ埋まっていただけでしたので
スムーズに停めることができました。
入り口で名前を告げると
テーブル席に案内されました。
予約の時点でカウンター席は満席と聞いており
テーブル席であることは承知の上でしたが…
やっぱりカウンター席の方が良かったですね。
（次回はカウンターで予約が取れるように頑張らなくては！）
本日のおすすめを中心に
好みのネタをテンポよくオーダーしていただきました。
一度にオーダーできるネタ数が決まっているので
ある程度まとめてオーダーするのが楽しめますね。
お寿司は小ぶりのサイズで提供されるので
色々なネタを楽しむことができるのは魅力的です。
気に入ったネタ（鮪など）はリピートもできますし
巻き物もあるので満足度は高く、人気の理由も納得です。
直近での予約は難しいので
余裕を持って予約して楽しむのがオススメです。
