I decided to meet a friend in front of Kariya Station and stopped by this restaurant that was having lunch nearby. The location is in a building just outside the north exit of Kariya Station.The restaurant is dimly lit and has the atmosphere of a stylish Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). We ordered a variety of things, mainly Tempura and sashimi. All the dishes were decent, and personally I thought the Tempura was more delicious than the sashimi. However, I was a little disappointed that although I had booked a completely private room, it was actually more like a semi-private room with curtains separating the rooms. The food wasn't bad, so I think it's good for drinking parties.
