You can either make it sashimi or have it in a hot pot. On this day, I had the duck sashimi, but I was able to enjoy a variety of fresh parts of the duck, allowing me to fully enjoy the original flavor of Kyoto duck. Tempura platter is also gorgeous ♡ It's rare to see so many different kinds of ingredients all together in the form of Tempura. Oyster tempura we asked the owner about his recommendation for the day.
