馬肉はヘルシーなので女子には嬉しい。

他の居酒屋などでも霜降りやタテガミは
よく見かけますが
10種類も取り扱いがあるなんてすごい！
馬肉加工場を持つ専門店だからこその
クオリティとお値段みたいです。
説明書を見ながら色んな部位の
馬刺しを楽しめました(*^^*)
どのお肉も新鮮で美味しかったです。
霜降りは脂が程よくて
旨味と甘さをしっかり感じられて美味しい。
上ロースは噛みごたえが良い(^.^)
私はヒレが柔らかくて一番好きでした。

目の前でバーナーで炙って貰えました。

お肉は柔らかく脂もちょうどよくて
