最初に出てきた揚げ出し豆腐。
お豆腐の味がしっかり分かる位濃い✨
牛刺しの盛り上わせは部位が10種類に分かれていて色んな食感を楽しめる✨
そして私が1番楽しみにしていたもの。
黒部和牛の自家製味噌厚切りステーキ
霜降りの綺麗ななお肉の上に味噌がたっぷり。
火をかけると香ばしさもまざった味噌の香りが部屋中に広がる✨
まずはそのまま。
味噌がたっぷり絡んだお肉と
釜で炊いたご飯、最高✨✨
溶いた卵につけたらまた格別
鍋の空いた隙間に野菜達も入れていたんだけどお肉が美味しすぎて追加
何度見ても見とれる色味。
お腹いっぱい食べたけど
デザートも食べてしまお。
