I had a meeting in Mikawa tonight, so I used this place for a dinner party on the way home. There is also a delicious mane of meat hot pot in Kanayama. However, when I heard from a colleague who went earlier that I couldn't find a store at all even though it was right next to the station, I headed to the site and found that it was in the same restaurant as the meat night market. It's a collaborative restaurant that's trendy right now. The sign at the night market is large, but the mane display is a little modest, so it's hard to understand. The night market is easy and delicious, but I feel like a meat pot, so I went straight to the mane where I made a reservation. As soon as I was seated, I ordered a beer and a meat pot. When I come here, I have to ask for this first. The meat is boiled down to a simmer and soaked in the flavor of miso, and then eaten on rice! I completely forgot to add the dashi soup in the middle and burned it, but it was delicious in its own way. To be honest, this and rice alone were fine, but I continued to enjoy the horse stab platter. What was delicious was the fried egg and the stewed pork. The rice is exquisitely seasoned and the rice is emptied in no time. If you ask for additional kettle-cooked rice, you will need steaming time again, so from here on, you will mainly use alcohol to talk about your memories.
