This is my first visit. I was looking forward to it because I was going to be able to eat horse sashimi. To order, please pre-order the [Hida Wagyu Hormone] 8 dishes & 120 minutes all-you-can-drink [luxurious horse sashimi & golden yukhoe/salt Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) and horse sashimi course] (5,000 yen). It's a private room so you can rest assured. There are 8 dishes in total. Appetizer, golden horsemeat yukhoe, today's salad, 8 kinds of horse sashimi, fried raw tofu, salted Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), rice porridge or Ramen to finish, and dessert. Also, the 2-hour course includes all-you-can-drink, so you can drink as much as you want. All horse meat is soft and delicious. It feels like it melts in your mouth. I felt that the salted Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) also used very good giblets. It's thick and delicious. There is no odor at all. To finish off your meal, you can choose rice porridge or Ramen. It was a very satisfying meal. However, don't forget to bring cash as credit cards are not allowed.
