越前おろしそば（1枚 800円）えび天（650円）
なぜかいままで訪れたことのなかった松庵さんへ。今日はべらぼうに暑いのでそばを食べたくなりました。昼過ぎの訪問でしたが、ちょうどテーブル席が空いていました。お店はテーブル席が4つなので、20人も入れない感じです。
こちらのお店の売りは越前おろしそば。市内で越前そばはここだけなのでしょうか？他所で見たことがないです。
ということで、越前おろしそば（1枚 800円）えび天（650円）を注文。辛味大根の入ったお汁は、付けてもかけても良いそうです。
蕎麦は細いながらも歯応えのある食感。辛味大根のお汁がキリッとしていて美味しいです。ただ、1枚では少々物足りなかったです。次は大盛確定。

元々生粉打ち（十割そば）を食べるつもりで伺いましたが、余りの寒さで天ぷらそば大盛り（1,650円）に変更。たまにはかけそばも良いものですね。
天ぷらは海老2尾。行儀の良い姿で乗っています。丼の中には天ぷらとネギのみで、至ってシンプル。一見、これで1,650円はややお高めかも、と思いましたが食べ始めるうちに納得。
大盛りにも関わらず（ワタシ普段は決して大盛りなど食べませぬ）、スルスルと食べてしまいました。更にお汁もゴクゴクと飲み干す始末。やや辛口ではありますが、完食した後の喜びはなんとも言えません。
次は生粉打ちと板わさ食べたい！
