今回は西尾市の蕎麦屋【松庵】
人が少なめじゃないかな？って考えでまた三河方面に名鉄で移動。
駅から徒歩10分くらい。
お店は小さめ。13時くらいに到着しまして、先客2組。
とりあえずエビスと板わさとねぎ焼きを注文。
ねぎ焼きは他の方のクチコミ見て良さそうだなと。
甘くてとても美味しいネギでした。
醤油なしでイケちゃいます。
板わさ、お店で手練りしてるそう。美味しかったです。
もう少しあるとありがたいけど。
ふだん缶ビールの小さめしか飲んでないのに、瓶ビールが来てこの時点で結構気分良くなってました。
追加でもりそば2枚と海老天追加。
すぐ来ましたね。
もりそばは二八の細切り。僕にはつゆ辛め。
そばのビジュアルがもう一つ。香りも。
十割や、越前そばはどうなのか気になりましたが、相方いないと1種類しかわからんですねぇ。
メニューに【そばの命は3分】って書かれてましたね。
確かにのんびり食べてたら二枚め食感変わってました。いかんいかん。ただわさびとねぎ少ないなぁ。二枚頼んでても1人前のような・・・。本わさびらしいですが。
天ぷらは海老2尾とピーマン。
ホクホクでいいけど、サイズや油が好みと違いました。
オススメメニューになってたけど、食べ応えはないです。
蕎麦湯はサラサラタイプ。量はしっかりありますが。
正直あんまり飲んだ感じしないです。
美味しいそばだとは思うのですが、リピートするかはちょっと微妙ですね。
福井になかなか行けないから越前そばは気になりますよ。
