今日はこちらでお蕎麦を頂いてきました。
越前おろしそばが推しのお店のようです。
大根の辛味が特徴の田舎そばとのこと。
店主さん一人で切り盛り。
少し機嫌が悪いのかな、ちょっと素っ気ない感じ。
越前おろしそばと、生粉打ちのざるそばをお願いしました。
越前おろしそば 800円 二八?
生粉打ち ざるそば 900円 十割
お蕎麦はあまり詳しくはないのですが、
越前おろしそばの方が十割より香りもよく、
お汁は生粉打ちも辛めにしているみたいですが、
最初からお汁に入っている大根の辛味で確かに美味しい♪
蕎麦湯は透明でサラサラタイプ。
それにしてもガシャンガシャンと調理の音が気になる。
