はじめて利用しました
おろし蕎麦が好物な私は即注文しました
ご主人曰く、辛味大根は越前では作られていないそうです
着丼。まずはそのまま何も付けずにいただきます。
次に、ピリっと辛い出汁につけたら辛味が美味しい！
三分で食べることを推奨されましたが、時間がかかっても十分美味しかったです。
個人的な好みではもっと太くて硬めの麺が好きです。
