結構規模の大きい独立型の店舗で、駐車場も完備されている。
生菓子や焼き菓子は勿論、パンやサンドウィッチも販売する。
奥が喫茶スペースがあり、軽食やケーキセットやパフェをいただける様になっている。
はちみつロールは、ケーキの1種。
はちみつ風味のロールケーキ。
蜂蜜風味のスポンジ生地で、生クリームを巻いている。
ふんわりしっとりのスポンジ生地と、滑らかな生クリームとの相性が良い。
ホールでも販売している。
マツクリは、ケーキの1種。
西尾の抹茶を含ませたスポンジ生地で、かのこ豆と栗を挟み、マロンクリームを重ねたもの。
栗と抹茶という日本の食材を、洋風のデザートとして味わえる贅沢な逸品。。
ボリュームも結構あり、食べ応えが。
