豊川稲荷に初詣の帰り道、西尾ヴォルサウォークのフードコート内のリンガーハットで
野菜たっぷり皿うどんを注文。
フードコート内なので、何故かゆったり食事は出来る雰囲気ではありません。
全てセルフサービス。
野菜たっぷり皿うどんは１日の人間が摂取する
365gの野菜が入っています。
酢と柚子ドレッシングをたっぷりかけて
うーむ、パリパリの麺に餡が絡んで美味い。
