この日はリンガーハットさんへ。
ちゃんぽんも捨てがたいですが、この日は皿うどんで。
リンガーハットも皿うどんも久しぶり。
最初のパリパリ感も、食べ進めていくことによって柔らかくなっていっても、どちらも美味しい。
お酢と辛子で味チェンしながら美味しくいただきました。
