ビジュアルからも分かる通りの、懐かしい感じのラーメンです。
味は醤油ラーメンのみで
チャーシューの量で、値段が変わるシステムです。
あきんめん、でも厚いチャーシュー4枚乗ってますので
充分です。コレを理解しないで、チャーシュー麺頼んだら、えらい事になります。
少食な人は、チャーシュー2枚のかるめんで充分でしょう。
さて、スープを一口、チャーシューの煮汁の出汁で
優しく懐かしい味です。
最近は、コッテリ、濃厚主義のお店が増えてるので
こういった、昔ながらのラーメンが食べれて嬉しいです。
