The annual fried Oyster course
I went to the Western Cuisine kitchen DEMI in Iimura-cho, Toyohashi City @yousyokutyuboukitchendemi today to go to a restaurant where I can talk to the mama. I haven't talked to anyone since the afternoon of the 23rd. But there's been a line since 11:30 and it's crazy. It looks busy, so I might not be able to talk. First of all, the soup is amazing. I've never heard of five kinds of mushrooms. Then the salad, a cold dish after the hot dishes. This kind of place is also thought out because it's cold. It's better than suddenly being served a cold salad. The long-awaited, large fried Oyster have arrived. They're big and amazing. The batter isn't hard, so it's recommended for Oyster lovers. The white fish fritters are also crispy and good. The tartar sauce and tomato sauce are delicious. I relaxed with drinks and mini cakes. I only talked to the mama about three times, for a total of one minute. I guess it can't be helped since today was Sunday. Well, it was more fun than being alone in the countryside. It's full of beef, and like the curry at this restaurant, you can see that they use the ingredients generously? Today is Secretary Pink's birthday week, so desserts and drinks are also a great addition. Everything is delicious and the ladies are happy. ママさんも、いいんですよ〜とサラダ置いて
またサラダも具材が何種類も入ってて旨い
そして、アツアツで出てきたのは〜♪
チーズたっぷりチキンのスパイシーキーマカレードリア
普通の人は、熱くてとても食べれないけど
bellちゃんはいつも口の中をを火傷しながら
アツいのが美味しいと、美人なのに平然と
爺なんか汗かきだから、ポトポト汗たらして
しかも暖房の風が直接あたり、大汗マックス
でも美味しいから、箸が止まらないよね
スパイシーってだけあり、香辛料が美味しいと
カレー大好きbellちゃんもかなり絶賛して
仲良しのママさんに、直接つたえてたな
アツアツの後は、美味しい桜アイスがっ⁉️

いきなり夜のメールに合流ありがと
いつもはわざと違うメニュー頼んで
2種類の味をレポするんだけど
今夜は2人とも牡蠣と魚のお皿(笑)
魚のフリッターもフワフワ旨い〜
そして牡蠣フライも4個付いて
スープ、サラダ、ライスなら2300円ほど
真鯛のカルパッチョも追加してさ
最近のアモーレはグルメイベント主催したり
他のレディーとは毛並みが違ってきたなぁ
何か目標を持ってやるのは良いこと

冬瓜の冷製スープ、新鮮サラダときて
お待ちかね、メインのポークソテーがっ
マスタードソースに絡めると、意外にさっぱり
宮崎県の柔らかなポークで美味しかったな
そして、ミニビーフストロガノフを追加で
昭和の洋食屋が奏でる四重奏的な味わいで
ごはんがススム君で、お代わりしちゃったな
ラストはお茶をだして頂いて、ホッコリしたな

丸い窓がとってもお洒落だよね
洋食厨房だけあって、メニューもフライ主体
名刺を渡すと、すぐ分かってもらえて
ココは毎日いいね!付けてくれてるからね
チキン南蛮やイカフライのB定食や
海老フライやハンバーグのB定食にして
前菜のスモークサーモンから唸るしね
温かいスープ、野菜サラダも盛りがいい〜
店名のデミはソースの意味なのかね
とりあえずハンバーグはデミソースだね
海老フライもサクサクで身もちゃんとあり
って、ぜんぜん身のない海老フライほど
悲しいものは、この世にないのよね
今夜は幸せな海老フライだったし
もっちりで重厚なハンバーグが美味しい
とろーり?デミソースも素敵だよ
デザート盛りもなかなか豪勢でねぇ
ドリンクも付くから、マッタリしながら
これなら誕生日のディナーにも使えそうだね
なんて、レディーと話しながら
最後はインスタの細かい所を教えてって
ママに個人教授したり、愉しい時間(笑)

For lunch, I drove about 40km one way to Toyohashi and had lunch at Kitchen DEMI in Iimura, Toyohashi city. The interior of the restaurant has a lovely round window that looks like the inside of a submarine. Today I had the baked curry that I had reserved in advance. First, carrot soup, hello. Then, a fresh, crunchy salad, and the long-awaited spicy cheese baked curry. The curry here is classic and delicious. The vegetables and beef tendons are irresistible. I also had a drink, and the beautiful secretary ate it with a smile, saying it was delicious, which was nice. I'm also writing about my slow life alone in the countryside on my blog.
