豚骨正油ベースのスープに背脂をのせた“東京豚骨”が看板のお店です。定番の『じゃんだら』は優しい正油の風味と背脂の甘味・コク・麺が絶妙にマッチ、程良いこってり感の中にもマイルドな味わいが自慢です。卓上の生ニンニクを潰し機で潰し、新鮮なニンニクの風味を付け足す事も可能。刻みチャーシューをたっぷり混ぜ込んだ『チャーシューごはん』は、サイドメニューとしてオススメです！ |
東京豚骨？家系を模したのか、スープはオーソドックスなよくある豚骨正油味。店内は豚骨臭が漂っているが、スープの味自体は弱いか。最初に生のニンニクを渡されるのでこのニンニクで味の調整をする必要がある。辛ネギはしっかり辛いのが良かった。
