コロナ禍ですが諸事情で帰省。
家族でランチ外食に行きました。
昔よく行った源氏さんへ！
純和風の佇まいで雰囲気ある店です。
店内は、お肉を焼いたいい匂いで、
食欲が刺激されます。
もちろん入店時に検温とアルコール消毒あります。
メニューは、しゃぶしゃぶ、蟹、懐石と
プチ贅沢メニューが並んでます。
今回は小さい頃ご褒美で食べてた
「石焼ステーキ」
焼いた熱々の石に、
自分でステーキをジュ～。（ハンバーグ！）
美味しさだけじゃなくて楽しさもある
メニューです。
海鮮丼、茶碗蒸し、赤だし、デザートのセット。
石焼ステーキは牛フィレと舞茸、ししとう
牛脂を石の表面でジュ～
その上にお肉をのせてジュ～
ポン酢に紅葉おろしを溶かして
さっぱりいただきます。
噛むと旨味がジュワ～と口の中いっぱいに。
うまいです。
茶碗蒸しは蟹身が入って
出汁のきいたしっかりタイプ。
海鮮丼は、マグロ、イカ、ねぎとろ、いくら。
デザートはチョコロールか抹茶アイスから選択。
選んだ抹茶アイスは甘さ控えめでさっぱり。
見た目も楽しめたランチでした。
