I went to Bird Space Hirokoji store for the first time in a while. There are 3 restaurant around Toyohashi Station. I think the Hirokoji store was the first store to open. The store has a large counter and many table seats, making it feel very spacious when you enter. The counter is very spacious, so you can have a quick drink after work. The appetizer was "new onion slices". I love cooked onions, but I don't like raw onions. There was egg yolk and shaved rice on top of the slice, and I ate it with soy sauce. I was surprised when I ate it! I didn't feel any bitterness due to the egg yolk, so I was able to finish the whole meal deliciously. It was carefully soaked in water, and the eggs made it mild and easy to eat. I looked at the menu and ordered the standard heart, liver, skin, and lantern. The seasoning of Grilled skewer with sauce and salt was very good and delicious. The pork kushikatsu is eaten with the original sauce. I think the flavor of the sauce was a little strong. Grilled skewer and Kushikatsu have smaller toppings, so they're great for women. When I was leaving, the store staff came outside and politely saw me off, which made me feel really good.
