Delicious Korean Cuisine!
[Revisited] [u:2013.9] I went to eat Samgyetang to prevent summer fatigue for the first time in a year. Of course, I made a reservation in advance so that I could eat it immediately when I arrived. I ate the hot Samgyetang while drinking bottled fresh makgeolli and snacking on green onion pancakes. It was delicious! [First visit] Samgyetang to prevent summer fatigue. It is far from Toyohashi Station. A car is required. There is also a large parking lot. I called in advance to have Samgyetang prepared. The proprietress is Korean. She is a cheerful woman, but her food is delicious. She uses homemade ingredients and seems to be confident in her own taste. The interior of the restaurant is decorated in a rustic style, with posters of Korean stars of course. Samgyetang is 1,980 yen, but it is excellent. It is homemade, simmered for 3 hours with Korean ginseng, garlic, ginkgo nuts, glutinous rice, jujube, and a whole young chicken (500g). It is delicious. The bibimbap is topped with a fried egg and has a great flavor from the fresh homemade ingredients. I recommend the green onion salad. The flavor of the sesame oil and the texture of the fresh vegetables are great. It's the perfect dish to go with your drinks. You should also try the green onion pancake. It's a thin pancake with a strong flavor. It's delicious. I hope the proprietress will continue to work hard and keep up with this restaurant's momentum.

久しぶりのこちらへ。
駅からも遠い辺鄙な場所にありますが地元の方に人気ですね。
広々とした店内はファミリー層が賑わってました。
テーブル席が仕切されたレイアウトなので隣席が気にならないのもイイです。
韓国出身のママが作る本場韓国グルメ。
