I've been to Saba in Oshimizu before, but this time I went to the Takashi branch of Saba, which I'd always seen while shopping and had been curious about. The parking lot is in front of the store, but it's small, so I struggled to park and when I entered the store, a seat was available. I sat at a table and ordered the bowl lunch with drinks for 1,100 yen from the lunch menu. I could choose from Ten-don (tempura rice bowl), pork cutlet bowl, or negitoro bowl, but I chose Ten-don (tempura rice bowl). It looked like it had a strong flavor, but it wasn't that strong. The udon was chewy and delicious. I paid with PayPay.
