子どもの頃から玄米菜食だったという代表の方の想いのつまったカフェのようです。
居心地よい空間と、ほっこり落ち着ける風合いのインテリア。
ベジ玄米ランチを頂きました。
食べログで見る限りもう少し洋に傾いているのかなと思いきや、よく考えれば「玄米菜食」、洋の要素をところどころ取り入れた、和な定食の雰囲気でした。
今週のメインはベジシェパーズパイ。
ジャガイモと、お肉の代わりとしてキビをお肉風味に味付けしたものの組み合わせで、健康的なひき肉とジャガイモのグラタンを頂いている雰囲気に。
こういうメインがあれば、特にベジタリアンの方でなくても、物足りなさはあまり感じないですね。
お腹の調子を整えたいとき、胃にやさしく居たいときには、また来たいと思いました。
ここまでおしゃれな形ではないにせよ、昔はこういった食のあり方だったんだろうな。
