[Fully equipped with private rooms] The lasagna baked at 400℃ is delicious! An Italian bar perfect for parties
[7 minutes walk from Toyohashi Station] "Nostalgia" offers natural wines and delicious oven-baked dishes. Our most popular menu item is "lasagna"! It is baked at about 400℃ in one go, so the outside i |
My friend was going to carry a portable shrine on Hirokoji, so I visited Nostalgia after giving him a pep talk! I had an image that the restaurant was always open at night, but upon closer inspection, I found that they also serve lunch, so this was my first visit. The restaurant is located on the second floor of the building, which is accessed from an outside staircase. The interior of the restaurant is impressive with its aged wooden furniture. They seem to be particular about their wine, and there are bottles and wine-related books displayed throughout the restaurant. For lunch, you can order lasagna, pasta, or curry with salad and drink, and appetizers and dolce for an additional charge. According to the website, the lasagna was recommended, so I added an appetizer and dolce. The salad arrived quite hearty! The salad was quite hearty, with a generous amount of olive oil-based dressing! Appetizer assortment Marinated Purple Cabbage Carrot Rapesee Horse Mackerel Escabeche Iburi Goko Potato Salad Prosciutto Yagen Cartilage Aglio Aurio Sautéed Burdock Roots from Sfida All of them are bite-sized and easy to eat. It was interesting to see some unusual appetizers at Italian Cuisine such as Yagen Cartilage and Iburi Goko Potato Salad! Homemade Bolognese Simple Cheese Lasagna I was told that a large serving of lasagna was available, so I asked for a large serving, and the volume was overwhelming! When you cut the lasagna with a knife and fork, the cheese strings and the aromatic aroma of the burnt cheese whet your appetite! When you eat it, the rich flavor of the cheese takes over your mouth, and combined with the rich texture of the lasagna noodles, it has a very rich and thick taste! This dish makes me want a big, heavy red wine! The final dish is Italian Cuisine Tiramisu, a standard dolce dish! It had a strong sweetness with little bitterness! The price was a bit expensive (3,400 yen) because we got carried away and charged too much, but the salad alone is satisfying enough, so if you want to spend a little less, you might as well just go for the lunch menu. I heard that they are very particular about their wine, so next time I will come here for lasagna with a glass of red wine in hand! Thank you very much for the food!
