JR豊橋駅の駅ビル「豊橋 Kalmia」1Fレストラン街にあるお店
「純良素材のらーめん館 三河開化亭 豊橋カルミア店」。
6月中旬の豊橋滞在時の夜に訪れました。
店内はテーブル席が全36席の広さ。私は4人掛けテーブル席へと着座しました。
この日は
「ゆず塩らーめん」(940円)
を注文しました。
この日この時間、店内お客さんは数人でしたが駅ナカのラーメン屋さんとしては
少し待ち時間が長く、30分近く待ってようやくラーメンが上がりました。
「ゆず塩らーめん」の麺は中細ストレート麺。具にはチャーシュー、うずら玉子、
メンマ、細切りネギ、柚子皮など。
卓上の黒胡椒をパパッとふって、早速いただいてみました♪
うんうん、スープは熱々、ゆずの香りが良いですね～(^0_0^) ﾝﾌｰ
麺は自分好みな茹で上がり&中細なのでズルズルと食べ易いです。
大判の薄切りチャーシューは柔らかく美味しいですね。
長さが特徴的なメンマもシャキシャキとした歯応えが楽しかったです。
スープを最後の一滴まで飲み干し完食しました。
