国道1号線沿いにあるお店です。
以前から気になっていました。
なんと朝10時開店でした。
広くて止めやすい駐車場。
店内に入ると、なんかデジャヴなイメージ。
こんなラーメン屋さんによく入ったことあります。(ｰ ｰ;)
合い挽きハンバーグ、180g。580円。
それにライスとスープのセットをつけました。
プラス200円。
ライスはあきたこまちで食べ放題。
スープも飲み放題。
スープはセルフ。
スープを取りに行く。
コンソメスープのようだが、具がほとんどない。
そしてそれほど美味しくない。
飲み放題なのだが、一杯で飲んだのみ。
ハンバーグとライスがくる。
ハンバーグは鉄板の周りに飛び跳ね防止の白い紙がグルリと囲んでいる。
鉄板は熱々のようです。
添えられてるモヤシが生だったけど、鉄板に押し付けるとジューといって炒まった状態になりました。
テーブルに3種類のソース。
そして岩塩と胡椒がありました。
ハンバーグに玉ねぎソースをかけて一口食べたけどあまり美味しくなかったので岩塩と胡椒にシフト。
これで美味しくいただけました。
ハンバーグは合い挽きなのでよく焼いてありました。
美味しいハンバーグでした。
ライスもちょうどいい量。
ごちそうさまでした。
