通りがかりに見つけ、行ってみました。
昼は14時までらしいけど、13時55分。
ギリギリで入店。
入り口入ってまず券売機。
下調べなしなので、左上の " つぼみ中華そば 塩 " と" チャーシュー丼(小) " を購入。
と言っても、今年から社会人の息子にご馳走してもらいました。
店内はキレイ。
カウンターが６席。
２人テーブル席が１つ。
４人テーブル席が１つ。
店主さんひとりでやっていました。
しばらくして運ばれてきました。
" つぼみ中華そば 塩 "
透き通ったスープ。
具材はチャーシュー＆メンマ＆海苔＆味玉＆三つ葉。
スープは節麺屋というだけあり、節の良い香りと旨味がある。
豚や鶏、野菜、煮干し、鯖やアゴ、昆布などから出しを取っているのだとか。
淡白になりがちな塩ラーメンですが、旨味の層がしっかりある感じで美味しい
麺は細ストレート。
パツンと食感でスルスルと啜り心地が良い。
チャーシューは炙ってあるのが３枚。
香ばしく柔らかで美味しい。
メンマは太いけど柔らかくて美味しい。
味玉は黄身の具合も良く味も美味しい。
フラッと入ったお店でしたが、めちゃくちゃ美味しい中華そばで大満足です。
是非また行きたいです。
