当店では、うどんを美味しく召し上がっていただくため作り置きをせず、注文をうけたまわってから特製の自家製麺を茹で始めます。茹で時間が１０分程かかりますがご容赦願います。茹でたての麺をお楽しみ下さい。 また当店の出汁は日高昆布、瀬戸内海 伊吹島のいりこ、鰹節、うるめ節、宗田節、鯖節からとっています。化学調味料は使用していませんので安心してお召し上がり下さい。
