Today was a dinner party with a friend I haven't seen in a while! When I asked about the store I wanted to go to, the name Kossori came up, so I stopped by! I've been there before, but it was for a somewhat formal occasion, so I'm posting this for the first time since I don't have any photos! Last time I visited, I thought this smoked food was quite cost-effective, so I came back! The restaurant is located at the top of the outside stairs on the second floor of a building in the arcade of Tokiwa Dori, which is a bar street leading to Toyohashi Station.It is located quietly...or rather secretly (lol).I visited on Saturday at 6pm and told them that I had made a reservation for a private room. was passed to. The interior of the store is dimly lit and has a calm atmosphere with the warmth of wood. I ordered two servings, but this one dish is enough for one person! It's only 1500 yen, so I think it's a good deal. When you put any of them into your mouth, the aroma of smoked meat will immediately leave your nose, stimulating your appetite, and the just right amount of salt will encourage you to drink! In fact, the edamame has a particularly smoky flavor, and you can drink alcohol just from the scent of the skin (lol).As I was lazily nibbling and drinking, the food arrived one after another!
