10年ぐらい昔に、初めて冷酒がワイングラスで提供された時は、ちょっとした衝撃があった。
斬新やけど、これいいなぁって思った記憶が。
今じゃ、結構いろんなところでお見かけするようになったし、家だともっぱら冷酒はワイングラス。
1番素敵やと思ったのが、焼津のお寿司屋さんのワイングラス。
焼津の地酒の磯自慢のロゴが刻印されていて、磯自慢専用のワイングラス。
更に、コースターも磯自慢専用。
あれは、個人的にめっちゃ良かった。
そんなワイングラスですが、実に多種多様。
大雑把でも、赤白泡。

まぁ、きりがないのでやめときますが、やっぱり味の違いはあると思うけど、正直飲み比べたことはない(-｡-;
まだまだやな…
こちらのお店では、ビールの管理方法やジョッキに拘りがあり、更にワイングラスにも拘りがあるとのこと。
確かにビールは、キメが細かく、泡の状態も素晴らしく、とても美味しい。
それだけでも、嬉しいのですが、今回はワイングラスで感動>_<
正直多少の違いはあるとは思ってましたが、あんなにも変わるなんて∑(ﾟДﾟ)

この体験には、素直に感動。
