[b: [Revisited October 2015]] It's been a while since I've been to Chikappa♪ Today I'm enjoying some delicious food and dessert. ◇ Creamed chicken thigh (with Parmesan flavor) ◇ Potato salad ◇ Dessert (Crepes with maple syrup and butter) I'm very pleased with the food, which is great value for money♪ Dessert is also good for finishing off a night of drinking(^_^) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [b: [Revisited August 2014]] It's been a while since I've been to Chikappa. On this day, I enjoyed a bar crawl around Toyohashi Station and decided to make this the last bar. The background music is Western music from the 80s and 90s♪ When the song [b: Maneater] by [b: Hall & Oates], which I have a special attachment to, started playing, I was thinking back on good memories from my younger days(^O^) This time, I'm enjoying one dish, two drinks, and Crepes for dessert to finish off the night. [b:【A la carte dish】] ☆Omelette (Gorgonzola cream with vegetables) The vegetables (okra, potatoes, tomatoes, etc.) wrapped in fluffy eggs are colorful, and the cream sauce with cheese (Gorgonzola) and herbs is delicious♪ [b:【Alcohol】] ☆Kaku Highball ☆White wine Frank Massard (Spain, Grenache Blanc) It's fruity and very easy to drink, and goes well with creamy dishes. [b:【Dessert】] ☆ Crepes with caramel nuts and vanilla ice cream is chewy, and the texture of the nuts and the caramel sauce go perfectly with the vanilla ice cream. Chikappa's dishes, which are modeled after a French Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), are reasonable and really delicious. The master's attention to detail is apparent in the dishes. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [b:【First visit 2014/2】] I went to Chikappa, which I had been interested in. Would you like to enjoy a drink by yourself in a corner of a stylish counter seat? This is Bistro bar that recommends wine and French cuisine cuisine, so I ordered a sparkling wine (Mas Olivelle Brut) and a dish called "Salmon and shrimp stewed in cream". It's good to start with a glass of sparkling wine (^-^) The aroma of herbs and garlic in the cream stew brings out the flavor of the ingredients. The main Seafood was very fresh, and the vegetables were also plentiful, all of which went perfectly with the cream. By the way, the ingredients in the cream stew were salmon, shrimp, shimeji mushrooms, okra, spinach, broccoli, pumpkin, potatoes, and cherry tomatoes. Finally, I ordered a glass of red wine (Chateau Aiguille Bon Pechet) and paid the bill. The delicious and voluminous cream stew and two glasses of wine came to 1,900 yen. It was a very satisfying senbero♪ The atmosphere was very calm and comfortable. It's a convenient restaurant for individuals, couples, and girls' parties (^-^)
