市内でこだわりのスーパーを展開する「フードオアシスあつみ」さんが運営するレストランです。
以前は別の名前でしたが店名が変わったようで
駐車場も広く店内も広々としています。カウンター席や子供連れにも便利な座敷もありますね。
メニューは野菜中心のブッフェ付きで1500円～2000円代で定番ものから日替わりのものまで豊富にあり、迷いますね～。
野菜ブッフェも新鮮で美味しそうなのがたくさん！ドレッシングも3種類用意されています。
この日は日替わりメニューから、トマトソースのロールキャベツ定食を注文
オーブンで熱々で焼かれたロールキャベツは大きく肉がたっぷりで食べごたえがあります。トマトソースと合わせますので意外とあっさりと頂けました。
ご飯（雑穀米？）や味噌汁も熱々で美味しかったです。
食材や調味料は体にいいものばかりで安全安心ですので、お子さん連れのファミリーにもおすすめのお店ですね。
こだわりの凄い「ベジタブルビュッフェ」
豊橋市内を中心に展開するこだわりのスーパー「あつみ」さんが運営するレストランです。木造建築のお店に広い駐車場が完備されています。店内で靴を脱いでフロアに入ります。中も木造造りであったかい雰囲気です。キッチンを囲むように半円状のカウンター席が20席程度に、テーブル席、座敷席もたくさんあり広々として解放感のある店内です。お座敷がありますので小さい子供を連れたグループやカウンター席にはおひとり様も多く多様な目的で楽しめるようですね。
メニューは昼、夜も定食ものがメインですべてにベジタブルビュッフェが付くようです。特にが素晴らしいのがベジタブルビュッフェだと思いました。20種類以上の野菜が並び、調味料にもこだわった自家製のドレッシングが4種類程度、自家製マヨネーズも用意されています。野菜は地元のみならず。日本各地から集めているようでこだわりを感じます。ボイルされたものや、キノコ類、お芋類や蓮根、自家製漬物等も用意され野菜好きな方にはたまらないですね（笑）この辺のこだわりはさすが「あつみ」さんですね。比べるのもあれですがファミレスのサラダバーとはレベルが違います。
ここのお店の評価はこのベジタブルビュッフェの評価で分かれるような気がします。定食は1500円～2500円なのでこれをを安いと見るか高いと見るか。私的にはこのレベルのベジタブルビュッフェが付いてこの価格は十分安いなと感じました。もちろん主食の料理も美味しいですし。
◆ハロフィンびっくりドリア（ベジタブルビュッフェ）
ハロフィン限定メニューです。ドリア、かぼちゃのスープ、副菜2品にベジタブルビュッフェが付いて1500円程度なのはかなりお得な気がします。ドリアの中は黒米で、濃厚なホワイトソースが絡み合い熱々で美味しいですね。最後は半熟卵を崩して頂きます。スープはもう少し熱々の方がいいかな。

This restaurant is located in Toyohashi City. It is run by Atsumi, a supermarket in the city that is particular about ingredients and seasonings. I visited for lunch. I took off my shoes at the entrance and entered the store. The spacious store is mainly made of wood and is relaxing. There are mostly table seats and tatami rooms, but there are also a few counter seats. There are about 10 types of set menus. All of them come with a salad buffet, which I highly recommend. There are about 10 types of fresh vegetables, mushrooms, etc. There are also Tempura and other dishes on the menu, which is enough to satisfy you. Unfortunately, the buffet is not available on weekday nights (the price is cheaper). I ordered the "Hatachio Herb Breadcrumb Grilled Set Meal" with a change to mixed rice with mushrooms. The rice with plenty of mushrooms and the hot miso soup with plenty of ingredients were delicious. I ate a lot of things from the buffet and had about three plates. The freshly fried Tempura was delicious. I feel that it's a great deal to pay about 2,000 yen for all of this. Thank you for the meal.
