ココは豊橋市、渥美線 高師駅からなんとか徒歩圏内の「Lien de famille」さん
この度はお誕生会の企画で、落ち着いたカウンター席でステーキを頂戴できるということでお邪魔しました。
以前訪問したリゾートレストラン風のステーキ屋さん「SICAN」さんが良かったので、それに続きコチラへ
この度の訪問時間はＰＭ１２：３０頃でして、比較的空いていましたがもちろん予約済みでの訪問です。
カウンター席は１０名程度で満員御礼となるようなアットホームな店舗ですがいいですねぇ
とりあえず、生ビールをグビッといきながら、
この度のオーダー
【ランチ（サーロインステーキ）】 ２２００円
【ランチ（三州豚リブロースステーキ）】１６００円
（いずれも、サラダ、スープ、ご飯／パン、デザート、コーヒー付き）
まずは彩りの美しいさっぱりとした上品さのあるサラダを戴き、続いて温スープで胃を動かします。
目の前でメインのステーキを調理してくれる姿を見ながら会話を楽しめます。
コレが好きですねぇ
さて、サーロインステーキですが、
やや固めのステーキでして、個人的にはもう一息ってところ。
肉自体の味付けは素朴で、悪くないです。
なお、おろしポン酢と濃厚胡麻ダレの２種類のタレで楽しめます。
同伴者の三州豚リブロースステーキもちょっと固いと言っていましたので、ココのステーキはそういう感じなのでしょう。
食後にはデザートとコーヒーが付いてきますが、
お誕生会ということを伝えていましたところサプライズケーキと歌のプレゼントが Σ(ﾟДﾟ)ｱﾗﾏｯ
