夜も盛況でした。
2023/03/25 土曜日18時家族で訪問。
愛知県豊橋市、豊橋駅から車で20分ほどの場所にあるうどん屋さん。駐車場もあります。
夜に伺うのは初めてでしたが、1歳の長女もいたので待つ事になったら辛いなと思い、開店15分ほど前に到着しましたが、先客はおらず。もっとも、開店同時にほぼ満席になりました。
この日は前回迷ったカレーうどん目当てで伺いました。とり天カレーうどんなるものもあったので、そちら1200円を注文。別の席ではとり天カレーうどんつけ麺でとか言ってたような気もしますが、そんなのもできるのでしょうか。
店主の方が鬼気迫るワンオペで次々と作業をこなしておりましたが、提供までは30分ほどかかりました。一番に入りましたが、先に注文を行ったお客さんの提供が少し早かったです。
スープ（出汁？）も野菜も素晴らしく、とり天は揚げたてで結構ボリュームがありました。もともとスープにも結構煮込んでほろほろの鶏肉が結構溶けているので、とり天はなくても充分楽しめたかもしれません。
その後は一人しか新たに来られず、食べ終わるころには少し落ち着いてましたが、かなり大変そうでしたので、ワンオペではない時の方が、ゆっくり食べられるかもしれません。
次は釜揚げうどんをいただきたいと思います。
海老天ざるが激うまでした。
2023/03/18 土曜日13時30分ころ一人で訪問。
愛知県豊橋市、豊橋駅から車で20分ほどの場所にあるうどん屋さん。駐車場もあります。
土曜日ではあるものの少し遅めの時間に伺いましたが、座敷は満席、カウンターに1組二人と言う状況で、混雑してました。自分が食べてる間も、他のお客さんが来られてました。
この日はカレーうどんと迷ったあげく、海老天ざる1050円を注文。10分そこそこで提供。海老天は揚げたてサクじゅわで、うどんはコシがとても強く、出汁も美味しく素晴らしかったです。ただ、いつも思いますがわたしの場合海老天2本だと多いので、一本で十分足りるかなと。家族できてシェアできると良いですね。
この日も大満足でした。次は、カレーうどんをいただこうと思います。
天丼美味すぎびっくりです
2022/11/10 木曜日14時過ぎころ一人で訪問。
今日は弁当を持たず、仕事を切り上げるタイミングを失い遅めの昼食へ。流石にこの時間であれば空いてるだろうと、久しぶりにうかがいました。先客はおらず、店員さんも上がるところだったようで、店主の方が一人で対応しておられます。
割引スタンプがたまったため、ミニ天丼ランチを注文。無料とのことで、うどんを小盛りから並に変更しました。
いままで何度も来てますが、天丼を食べたこはなかったかな？バリバリざくざく、海老も大きくて、やけに美味しく感じました。自分は天丼を欲していたのかも知れません。ついつい欲張ってうどんを並にしてしまいましたが、小食の自分には多すぎましたね。あと、少し塩分濃度が高くなったのか、自分の塩分耐性が下がったのか、少し喉が渇きました。
駅前の某店や最近移転した某店は、いつもやけに混んでる気がしますが、こちらは美味しい割には混雑具合は穏やかな気がします。しかも座敷もあって子どもも連れて行きやすく、店主の方はいつもにこにこ穏やかで、スタンプやポイントなどもあるので、自分としては豊橋で最も推してるうどん屋さんです。
また時間を見つけてうかがいたいですね。

Thursday, October 27, 2023 I visited alone around 13:00. This udon restaurant is located in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture, about 20 minutes by car from Toyohashi Station. There is also a parking lot. When I visited, there were 4.5 customers ahead of me. No new customers came during my stay, so it seems like it will be empty after 13:00. On this day, there were three people working there: the owner and two staff members. This was my first time coming with three people, but it seems like they have plenty of room. Last time I visited, I thought I would have the kamaage next time, but somehow I couldn't get the curry Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) out of my head, so I ordered this. The soup may not be that different from Curry Udon (the same?), but the hot curry with a moderate spiciness and dashi flavor is very delicious with the cold udon. The fried vegetables on the side are also hot and delicious. Great. It's been a while since the store opened, and I've been worried about the dirt inside the store recently, but the taste is great, so I would definitely like to visit again. I hope it will be cleaned up someday. Next time, I'll have the kamaage.
