友人2人で訪問しました。3000円のランチを電話で予約。5000円のものもあります。
到着して中に入ると気持ちよく案内いただき、シックな店内にアンティーク家具がカッコいい。
生花も素敵。
着席して最初のお料理はフォアグラとリンゴに蜂蜜を掛けたもの。
まずはそのまま食べて素材の味を。岩塩と食べるとコレが本当によく合う。蜂蜜の甘さと岩塩の塩味とミネラルの旨味にフォアグラのクリームのような舌触り。美味しい。
続いてイトヨリと自家製のリコッタチーズ。
盛り付けも楽しい。
周りに小石が敷き詰められた真ん中にちょこんと佇んでいます。
合わないはずがない組み合わせ。
奥三河鶏のローストはあっさり目な味付けで、
一緒に出てきたパンも美味しい。
パスタの量は最初でなく後から選べるのでお腹とも相談しやすい。
オイルスパゲッティとアラビアータをそれぞれオーダーしました。
どちらも美味しいが私的には今日はオイルパスタが美味しく。エビが最高でした。
最後のデザートに至るまで大満足で、お腹いっぱい。
