I think it used to be located on the street in front of the station. The restaurant is bright and the young staff are friendly. I recommend the liver pate and bread. Of course, Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) was also very good. The chicken tempura was also delicious. I was full after the clam Ramen. I'd like to come again.
