ここに足を運んでしまうのは美味しいお酒と店主の良き人柄が理由かな : Kunsei Sakaba Suijoutei

久しぶりにお気に入りの燻製酒場「水上亭」さんへ行って来ました。こちらは豊橋駅東口から徒歩で7～8分程の立地で大通りから少し路地に入った2階にお店を構えこだわりの燻製と豊富なお酒が揃いショットバー使いとしても楽しめるお気に入りのお店です。

この日はこの界隈ではなく少し離れたエリアではしご酒を楽しんでいましたが千鳥足の私は最後の締めへと水上亭さんへ足を運びます。店内はお客さんで賑わっていましたが席が空いていましたのでお邪魔していきます。

こちらはお通しがないのでまずは看板メニューでもある燻製料理からうずら卵を頼みます。 伺った時間が遅かったのでうずら卵は完売していましたが豊橋産うずら卵の地産地消に貢献したい気持ちがありましたのでお忙しい中店主にご無理を言って即席で作ってもらいましたよ。

この日のお酒はジンやウイスキーがメインでしたのでカウンターにあったスナック菓子から「たべっ子水族館」のチョコ味をチョイスしてバニラアイスと一緒に頂きましたがジンやウイスキーとの相性抜群で簡単に盛り付けたスイーツ系の様な一品ですがビジュアルも良く美味しいですね。チョコ味のスナック菓子をバニラアイスに乗せる食べ方はなかなか癖になる味で子供にも絶対に喜ばれますね。

店主おすすめのお酒を３杯ほど頂きましたがどれも美味しく暇だったらカクテルも作ってくれて店名には酒場が付くけどショットバー感覚で楽しめるお店です。店内はとても雰囲気の良い空間でお客さんとの距離感も近くコの字カウンターに居合わせたお客さんは全員お一人様で初めてお会いした方ばかりでしたが終始談笑が絶えない素敵なお時間を今回も過ごさせていただきましたよ。

客層も素晴らしく居心地が良い理由は店主の良き人柄が理由ですね。ではお勘定を済ませ急な階段を気を付けて降りながら家路に向かいますか♪

It's been a while since I last went to Smoking Bar Minakoutei. This is an interesting restaurant where you can enjoy smoked food while drinking alcohol, and I had a very good impression of it when I visited it before, so I stopped by on my way to bar hopping. When I looked inside the store, there were about two customers in front of me, but I joined the regulars and enjoyed my meal slowly at the counter. The three types of smoked meat that you would order at a popular bar had just the right amount of smoke flavor and moisture, making them very delicious and a good snack. The octopus-style red sausage is quite a plus. I also had the recommended smoked mentaiko, which made me want to order rice and eat Ochazuke（boiled rice with tea）rather than an accompaniment to sake. I think the portion was a little too much for me as a person, and I would have been fine with half the portion. In the second half, we had a gin-based cocktail and a craft gin recommended by the owner. A full-fledged cocktail made with a shaker will make you feel like you're at a bar.The craft gin, which uses Japanese pepper, went well with the smoked aroma without interfering with each other. I was very curious about the ``Tabekko Doubutsu'' snack that was in front of me, so I drunkenly asked the owner to make it into a Sweets treat, and he made a wonderful dish using ice cream and honey. The ice cream was made with luxurious Haagen-Dazs, and the children's candy became an elegant dessert. This is my second time visiting this shop, and I think the owner's personality with a nice smile is the reason why I can say such reckless things. On this day, I thoroughly enjoyed drinking and smoking. I had a really fun time having fun chatting with the male and young female customers who were sitting at the small counter. Today's harvest will be "smoked octopus wiener" and "tabeko animal" ♪ Then, after paying the bill, I walk slowly home so as not to fall down the steep stairs (lol) Pasta and curry too It seems to be recommended, so I think I'll stop by next time to finish off my ladder sake♪

On the way to the store you're looking for, you stop and stop by when you see the words "smoking bar" that catch your attention. The shop is located on the second floor up some steep stairs. The interior of the restaurant has a stylish U-shaped counter and table seats, creating a spacious and relaxing atmosphere. Once the water has been evaporated, the ganmo becomes dry and dry, and people will either love it or hate it. This bar has a wide variety of alcoholic beverages and can also be enjoyed as a shot bar. When I asked the young owner for a gimlet, which wasn't on the menu, he said, ``It's been a while since I've made one,'' with a twinkle in his eye as he shook the cocktail shaker. On the day I visited, the store had just opened, so the owner asked me, ``How did you hear about this store?'' I answered, ``I stopped by because it caught my attention.'' I replied with a smile, and the distance between the two of us in the store became a little smaller. I was able to enjoy a casual conversation with the owner of the one-off shop from beginning to end, and it was very comfortable. The owner said that there is no table charge from opening until 9pm, and that the restaurant is open until 4am on weekends. I’m looking forward to revisiting this interesting and easy-to-use shop♪
