I went to "Toranoko" which I was interested in. This is a teppan dining restaurant located semi-underground on the street where the tram runs near Toyohashi Station. The inside of the store has a very stylish counter and table seats, and the space feels open and comfortable. At the counter, you can enjoy your food and drinks slowly at the counter where you can enjoy the live feeling of Teppanyaki. [b: [Ordered food & drinks] 《Food》 ◇ Dashi-rolled egg ◇ Grilled eggplant ◇ Choice of appetizer (potato salad) 《Alcohol》 ◇ Yamaboshi Junmai Bakurai Dry Genshu Namazake ◇ Natural sake Gonin Musume Kimoto Junmaishu ◇Medium Beer Kirin Classic Lager] The staff will bring you the day's appetizer menu and you can choose your favorite dish from 4 types. All of the dishes are interesting, but I'll order my favorite potato salad and start with beer. I ordered a la carte dish from the menu and some Japanese sake, and enjoyed drinking alone. All the dishes made with carefully selected ingredients were delicious, and the visual presentation and tableware were also nice. It is also a result of the store owner's efforts that he is able to reliably purchase local vegetables and other popular specialty ingredients. The sake lineup is also great, and you can order from half a cup, so you can enjoy comparing the brands you're interested in. I was impressed that there were a lot of choko cups to choose from that were suitable for hot sake. This is a Teppanyaki restaurant, and its signature menu, fluffy okonomiyaki, is popular, but it's also great to enjoy alcoholic drinks with a la carte dishes made with carefully selected ingredients. ``Toranoko'' is a restaurant where you can stop by and have fun even if you are alone, and there are many more dishes and sake that you might be interested in, so we have added another restaurant that you can look forward to visiting again♪
