豊橋市にあるお店です
家の近くにあるためプレオープンの頃から気になっていたお店
国産生ハム専門店。なかなか全国的にも珍しいのではないでしょうか。そんなお店が豊橋にオープン！
店内は白を基調としためちゃくちゃオシャレな雰囲気
この日はテイクアウトだけでしたが、今はランチもやられているようで
全国から集められた国産生ハムが10種類程度あり、オーダーを受けてからカットしてもらえます。切り立てを食べられるのが嬉しいですね～。
この日はパニーニをテイクアウトすることに。
大きなパンにたっぷりの生ハムにチーズが入っています。味付けがオリーブオイルとバジルかな。イタリアンテイストで美味しいパニーニでした。しっとりとした生ハムも美味しい～。
ちょっとしたパーティーにいろいろな種類の生ハムの盛合わせなんてのも良さそうですね～。
