I went to Kushiemon, which opened in Toyohashi this year. This is a yakitori restaurant located near Toyohashi Station, commonly known as ``Sakura-dori''. I was very interested in this store, but I didn't get a chance to visit it more than half a year after it opened. Inside the store, there are about four tables at a long counter, and nostalgic record jackets are plastered all over the walls. Then, enjoy your meal at the counter while listening to Showa songs in the background. Among them, the grilled white liver was exquisite, and the manager said that there was a set time from when it was served to when it was finished. When I asked if there were any rare parts other than those listed in the menu, I was told that tunagi, furisode, soriresu, etc. were available in limited quantities, so I received my favorite tunagi, which had a lot of meat and was perfectly grilled and juicy. The fat spread in your mouth and it was delicious. This restaurant's signature item is yakitori, but it also has a wide range of menu items, including a la carte dishes and Fried Skewers, so it's a restaurant that you can enjoy even if you use it as a popular bar or a Fried Skewers restaurant. At the end, we were served ice cream made by the manager's home-made ice cream, and I was a little surprised at how authentic fruit Gelato was, not too sweet, but full of fruit. Nostalgic record jackets were displayed throughout the store, and popular songs from the 70s and 80s were playing in the background.I was in the middle of my youth at the time, so it was a wonderful space, and I was talking about nostalgic melodies with the customers sitting next to me. We had a great time and had a great time. By the way, he said that most of the record jackets are the store manager's personal belongings.
