豊橋駅から徒歩5分にあるお店です。
フレンチで有名な「aru」さんの目の前にあります。
若者が合いそうなカジュアルな雰囲気のお店ですね～。
店内はテーブル席にカウンター席もあり広々としたオシャレなカフェのような明るい雰囲気。
メインはちりとり鍋と宝石鍋。
この日は寒い日でしたので鍋を頂くことに。
まずは瓶ビールで乾杯！
◆宝石鍋
純度99％の天然水晶で作られた水晶鍋を使用しているそうで、遠赤外線効果でふっくらと食材が仕上がるとのことで。
ジュレ状になったお出汁にたっぷりのアオサ海苔が入っています。火にかけるとジュレが解け、あおさと合わさりいい香りに！
そこにお野菜や豚肉を入れていきます！
豚肉は霧島山麗豚と金華豚の2種類あり、今回は味比べとのためそれぞれ頂くことに
つけダレは月見とろろタレにはお肉を、ポン酢には野菜を付けて
めちゃくちゃ斬新な豚しゃぶしゃぶ
アオサ海苔が野菜や豚肉によく絡み美味しい～！
豚肉は金華の方が脂をたくさん蓄えてえいて自分的には好みでした
〆には素麺を
なかなか完成度の高い豚しゃぶしゃぶでした。中高年の方の方が好みだと思うので、もっと大人向けの雰囲気のお店でも良かったかも。

どれも出来立て熱々で美味しかったです。
本当は最後に台湾まぜそば（ソウバン麺）を食べたかったですが、かなりの腹パンで断念。
ランチもあるようでソウバン麺も頂けるようなので、次回はランチに来たみたいな～。
