I was planning to go to a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant for dinner, so I ended up visiting Sumibi Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Akatan. I was sorry to bother you around 19:00 on a public holiday, but I was able to get in. There seem to be many customers. The lighting inside the store is dimmed, giving it a nice atmosphere. I was shown to a table. Orders can be placed using your mobile phone using a QR code. First, the store clerk came and explained various things. Please order Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) early. Well, I didn't really need Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot), but I realized later that this Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) is the only type of rice available, so if you're looking for rice, I recommend ordering it early. It's quite painful to wait for food. Also, I want Yakiniku (Grilled meat) every now and then, but it's painful that I can't find the right timing. The meat is not bad, but I wonder why the skirt steak is so small. The sauce is a soy sauce based sauce. I don't order much meat, so I don't know the actual texture. But Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) was definitely delicious. Thank you for the meal.
